People Pavilion – A human mobile architecture – with Ailie Rutherford and Streetland Festival

Enter or become
a moving architecture
on the streets of Govanhill
.

People Pavilion is a new performance created by artists
Ailie Rutherford and Laurence Payot as part of Streetland residency 2014.

Hear songs from all around the world while Govanhill Voices shape People Pavilion into a concert hall.
Have your clothes mended by Dr Sew and So as the structure becomes a surgery.
Or wear a piece of the architecture yourself to become part of a collective moving structure.

Performance will take place as part of Streetland Festival, Saturday 7 June.

People Pavilion will become a touring artwork. Please get in touch if you’d like the human mobile architecture to morph into a new shape where you are.
