Below are artist impressions for a new outdoor artwork. The images were created using a mix of AI and editing software. The work is in prototype stage and can be available for touring indoors or outdoors. The wings will be made of waterproof fabric with delicate visuals, stretched on light aluminium frames, backlit, and held by a robust heavy base plinth/plate.

Illuminated wings are placed in the public realm for audience members to pose in from of, and become a butterfly. The selected butterflies are carefully selected UK species that tell a story about the decline of our local wildlife.
