Laurence Payot is working with Bewsey Lodge Primary School to create a video inspired by the wire heritage of Warrington.
They will create a wire factory for the future, thinking about how wire can be used to connect but also filter and divide, and imagine a new wire world, more connected and less divided…
Funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, The Wire Works is a Warrington project designed to unearth, discover and celebrate Warrington’s industrial wire heritage through oral histories, creative workshops and large local events.
