Lou Chapelle is creating a new piece for touring in 2024. Images and video above are from initial tests.
A series of holographic projections will create a long corridor for visitors to enter and be immersed within. As a cloud of moths takes flight, it will surround the audience and create a magical and intimate experience. The video will showcase UK species with the aim to strengthen people’s connection with the local wildlife that can be found in our green spaces.
The work can be presented at indoor and outdoor locations and the corridor can vary in length, from a 3-layer projection (4 meter corridor) to a 6-layer projection (8 meter corridor).
